Gayatri Bajaj graduated from Lady Irwin College, Delhi, with a Bachelor of Education. After moving to Vancouver from India, she completed her re-certification in Education from University of British Columbia (UBC), along with TESL certification, ECE certification, M.A., Montessori Primary Teacher diploma, and Montessori Elementary Diploma from AMI- Montessori Training Centre, British Columbia. Recognizing the need for special needs educational services in inclusive schools and communities, she obtained her Special Education Diploma from UBC. Currently, she is working towards her Master‟s in Education, bringing 17 years of diverse teaching experience in various capacities and philosophies.

Dr. Maria Montessori, stated, "The behaviour of every individual is a product of his environmental experience" (The Absorbent Mind, Chapter 8, p.81).

Ms.Gayatri emphasizes the importance for both educators and parents to create environments containing the "Keys to the Universe" for the "Absorbent Minds." She believes in the Montessori philosophy, viewing it as a holistic opportunity for children's growth and development. She is grateful for the opportunity offered by the Anubhuti Bal Niketan and looks forward to collaborating with all the parents.
